Manage your membership
Open your existing membership page to cancel renewal, update payment details or view invoices. You can read, export and delete existing writing after membership ends.
One-off purchases and refunds
New experiences do not renew automatically. For a refund, send your account email and Stripe purchase reference to support within 14 days. If your separately purchased Looking Glass circle closes with fewer than three replies, contact us within 30 days of purchase. For an included circle or a report that cannot be prepared, we will help arrange a replacement or appropriate refund. Never send full card details.
Your privacy
You can delete circles and clear or export writing from your space. To request deletion of your account, email us from your account address. We verify requests before making changes.
